We want you to love your jersey. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at support@sixjerseys.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorization and instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size? We'll exchange it. Email support@sixjerseys.com with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Final sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
